You will have the option to cancel your order by getting in touch with our customer service team.

Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.  Please note that a small cancellation fee may apply if payment his been collected prior to cancellation.  This fee accounts for payment processing fees incurred by us when the order is placed.
