My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated 21 days ago

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will usually attempt to leave the package in a safe location.  Before reaching out, be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.

As an added step, review the shipping address used on the order (you can find it in your order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.

On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.  If the package looks as if it's in your area, sometimes giving it one extra day can make the difference.

If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to UPS or the LTL Carrier that coordinated with you for the delivery.

Did your purchase shipping insurance via ROUTE when buying with us?  If so, please rest assured your package is covered.  You can begin the claim process using the ROUTE claim portal
