The Indoor Golf Shop SIG Brand Limited Warranty

The Indoor Golf Shop SIG (SIGPRO) brand is committed to delivering high-quality products designed for peak Golf Simulator performance and long-lasting use. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period listed below.

Warranty Coverage

  • Applies only to products manufactured by The Indoor Golf Shop and purchased directly from The Indoor Golf Shop or an authorized dealer.
  • Warranty period begins on the original date of order delivery, and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

Warranty Periods by Product Type

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including fraying, fading, or surface wear from regular use.
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance.
  • Damage or loss that occurs during shipping (see Shipping Damage or Loss section).
  • Commercial claims for products not intended for commercial use (see Commercial Use section).
  • Damage caused by weather exposure, including rain, snow, wind, or sun, when products are left outdoors or otherwise unprotected.

 

Extended Warranty Coverage

Extended warranty coverage (up to 5 years) is available through our partner Mulberry for an additional cost. Mulberry warranties must be purchased at the time of your original product purchase and cannot be added later.

 

Commercial Use Coverage

We value our commercial clients and have developed a dedicated line of products to meet the demands of high-traffic golf simulator businesses. When an issue arises, our team works directly with our partners to find the best path forward — whether that means providing maintenance guidance, suggesting adjustments, or offering replacement and subscription options to keep operations running smoothly and downtime to a minimum.

Our commercial product line includes:

  • SIG Commercial Teeline Golf Mats
  • SIGPRO Commercial Enclosures
  • SIGPRO Premium/Premier Impact Screens

 

Returns vs. Warranty

Returns for refund or exchange for a different item are available within 30 days of purchase and may be subject to a restocking fee.  Find our policies HERE.

 

Shipping Damage or Loss
 
Our warranty and return policy do not cover damage or loss occurring during shipping. It is important to inspect all inbound shipments carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, you must inform the delivery driver immediately and contact the carrier right away to start a claim. We can only assist with shipping damage if it has been properly noted upon delivery and a claim has been filed with the carrier.  We recommend adding Route Shipping Protection at checkout for hassle-free claims on shipping damage or loss within 30 days of delivery via their service.


Making Warranty Claims

Making a Warranty Claim for a SIG Standard or Commercial Warranty:

To submit a claim, contact The Indoor Golf Shop Customer Care team with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

 

Making a Warranty Claim under a Mulberry Protection Plan:

To submit a Mulberry claim, you’ll work directly with Mulberry via their customer portal:

Important Note about Third-Party Protection Plans
These warranty terms apply exclusively to SIG and SIGPRO brand products manufactured by The Indoor Golf Shop. Other products we offer — such as projectors, launch monitors, and related technology — are manufactured by their respective makers and covered under those manufacturers’ warranty policies, which may vary by product. For warranty claims on these items, customers will work directly with the product’s manufacturer. Mulberry Extended Warranty coverage does apply to these products, and claims can be filed in accordance with the instructions provided above. Mulberry Extended Warranties and Route Shipping Protection are offered through trusted third-party providers and are administered independently of The Indoor Golf Shop, with all claims, approvals, and determinations handled directly by the respective provider. While we are happy to assist in guiding you through the process, The Indoor Golf Shop is not responsible for claims that are denied, delayed, or otherwise not covered under the terms set by Mulberry or Route.
