What should I do if I have been charged twice for my order?Updated a month ago
If you have been charged twice for your order, first verify with your bank if the duplicate charge has indeed gone through. Although uncommon, when these issues happen it is likely that one of the charges is "authorization only" and will fall off your account in the next day or two. This can happen when there's a communication error between banks, a system glitch, or sometimes when a payment is declined/blocked by the bank before being finalized. Unfortunately there's no way for us to speed up the time for an authorization to be removed as we're at the mercy of the bank. (Sorry!) Rest assured however that if this is the case, it will be removed soon!
