Defective SIG and SIGPRO brand products manufactured by The Indoor Golf Shop are covered under our Warranty Policy. Other products — such as projectors, launch monitors, and related technology — are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties, and you’ll need to work with the manufacturer for those claims. Mulberry Extended Warranty coverage also applies to these products and can be used by following the claim instructions provided at purchase.

Instructions:

  1. Review our Return Policy to see if your item is still within the eligible return window.

  2. If it’s a SIG or SIGPRO product, consult our Warranty Policy and contact us for assistance.

  3. If it’s a third-party product, contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service — we can help guide you through their process.
